As a Salesforce Project Manager, you will play a central role in orchestrating end-to-end project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring alignment between business expectations and technical execution within a fast-paced, people-first consulting environment.

DOES THIS SOUND LIKE YOU?

  • 5+ years of professional experience, including at least 2+ years in project management roles.
  • Strong experience in stakeholder management and client relationship management (account management mindset).
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end IT or digital transformation projects (Salesforce is a strong asset).
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (functional, technical, business).
  • Solid understanding of project governance, budgeting, planning, and risk management.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid methodologies (Scrum Master certification is a plus).
  • Ability to translate business expectations into structured delivery plans and actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills, including executive-level interactions.
  • Experience in sectors such as energy, utilities, banking, public or nonprofit is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) is highly valued.
  • Fluent in Dutch or French and English

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Salesforce Project Manager, your mission will include:

Project Leadership & Delivery

Lead end-to-end Salesforce and digital transformation projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget.

Define, validate, and maintain project plans, governance, and delivery frameworks.


Stakeholder & Account Management

Act as the main point of contact for client stakeholders (from operational to executive level).

Build strong, trust-based relationships and proactively manage expectations.

Identify risks, opportunities, and upsell potential within existing accounts.


Planning, Budget & Resource Management

Manage project staffing (3–10 people), planning, and financials (margin follow-up, invoicing, recovery).

Ensure optimal allocation of resources and maintain project profitability.


Risk & Governance Management

Anticipate, track, and mitigate risks through structured governance and reporting.

Provide visibility to internal project boards on project health, risks, and opportunities.


Business Alignment & Advisory

Support clients in defining business cases and structuring transformation roadmaps.

Challenge and refine business requirements to ensure feasibility and value delivery.


Team Coordination & Delivery Excellence

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (consultants, developers, architects, change experts).

Foster collaboration, clarity, and engagement across all contributors.


Agile Facilitation (when relevant)

Act as Scrum Master to promote agile practices and continuous improvement.

Enable teams to deliver iteratively and efficiently.


Change Management & Adoption

Support clients in change management and ensure successful user adoption.

Oversee training strategies and stakeholder engagement plans.
