Task description:
The mission combines data analysis, semantic modeling (linked data), understanding of data pipelines, and management of small‑scale data projects, in close collaboration with business teams, Data & Digital, and ICT.
Key responsibilities include:
- Project framing and management: Identify and analyze stakeholder needs, define scope, objectives, deliverables, and planning for small to medium data projects (pipelines, analyses, light automation). Ensure progress tracking, coordination, and communication.
- Data & pipeline analysis: Analyze existing data flows, sources, transformations, and models. Design and evolve semantic data models (linked data – RDF, OWL) to ensure coherence, interoperability, and reusability.
- Analytical deliverables: Produce operational analyses, reports, KPIs, dashboards, and validate results with stakeholders.
- Cross‑functional collaboration: Act as a functional interface between business, Data & Digital, and ICT. Facilitate workshops, clarify needs, support decision‑making, and align initiatives with the Data & Digital roadmap.
- Documentation & knowledge transfer: Document analyses, models, and deliverables using tools such as SPARX Enterprise Architect. Formalize best practices and ensure knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Technical Skills Required
- Project management: Ability to define scope, objectives, deliverables, and coordinate stakeholders for small data projects (≥5 years).
- Data analysis: Ability to analyze datasets and produce actionable insights (≥5 years).
- Data pipelines: Functional understanding of data flows from source to analytics (≥5 years).
- Linked data technologies: Practical experience with RDF, OWL, semantic modeling (≥2 years).
- SQL: Data extraction, transformation, and analysis across systems (≥2 years).
- Reporting & visualization: Ability to produce reports, KPIs, dashboards (≥2 years).
- SPARX Enterprise Architect: Experience in modeling data structures, flows, architectures, and structured documentation (≥2 years).
- Languages:
- Language 1: French or Dutch (C1 – advanced mastery)
- Language 2: French or Dutch (B1 – intermediate comprehension)
