About Us

With over 200 million customers in 50+ countries, Bolt is one of the fastest-growing tech companies in Europe and Africa. And it's all thanks to our people.

We believe in creating an inclusive environment where everyone is welcome, regardless of race, colour, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

Our ultimate goal is to make cities for people, not cars, and we need your help to achieve this mission!

About The Role

As a Senior Product Manager in Bolt Drive, you will own the end-to-end user experience within your domain, shaping product strategy to drive customer acquisition and retention in line with broader business goals. You will define clear success metrics, including business impact, and use them to guide decisions and measure outcomes. Your work will focus on strengthening demand generation, improving retention and reactivation, evolving the daily commute use case, and optimising marketplace dynamics in an asset-heavy, geo-focused environment.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

  • Defining and aligning the product strategy and roadmap with domain objectives and user needs.
  • Working closely with analytics and design to discover, validate, and shape what drives demand and engagement.
  • Defining and tracking key product metrics, using data insights to measure success and continuously improve the product.
  • Designing and running experiments with support from analytics partners to inform product decisions and positioning.
  • Prioritising feature development based on customer needs, marketplace dynamics, and analytical evidence.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for product-related topics, collaborating cross-functionally and leading product development processes from concept to launch, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.

About you:

  • You have experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and you've shown your ability to drive business growth repeatedly.
  • You have experience building and scaling user-facing products, with strong product sense and customer empathy.
  • You have deep expertise in experimentation and data-driven decision making, and you are comfortable operating with imperfect or limited datasets.
  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working closely with product analysts and data scientists to form and validate product strategy.
  • You can communicate fluently in English, and your exceptional collaboration skills enable you to work with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders effectively.
  • Having automotive, carsharing, or car rentals experience is a plus, but not a critical requirement.

Experience is great, but what we really look for is drive, intelligence, and integrity. So even if you don’t tick every box, please consider applying!

Why you’ll love it here:

  • Accelerate your professional growth with unique career opportunities.
  • Enjoy a rewarding salary and stock options, knowing that as Bolt succeeds, so do you.
