We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Food & Groceries delivery vertical, who will drive the strategy and execution of Merchant Integrations, enabling merchants to seamlessly operate on Bolt through enterprise and middleware solutions, and will work closely with cross-functional partners to define the product vision, own the roadmap and priorities, and build scalable solutions that support merchant growth while ensuring a high-quality selection and experience for millions of eaters across our platform every day.

In this role, building strong, trust-based relationships will be key. You’ll work closely with cross-domain and cross-functional stakeholders, supporting shared goals and contributing to thoughtful, well-informed decisions.
You will guide the end-to-end delivery of cross-functional initiatives, supporting teams from idea through to implementation, while continuously looking for ways to improve how we work and the impact we create.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Defining the product strategy and roadmap for your domain, aligning product initiatives with user needs and broader business objectives.
- Designing and running experiments together with analytics partners to validate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive product development from concept to launch.
- Prioritising features and improvements based on customer insights, data analysis, and marketplace needs.
- Defining and tracking key product metrics to measure success, identifying opportunities, and continuously improving the product.
- Leading core product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and stakeholder communication to ensure smooth delivery.
- You have proven experience as a Senior Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced tech environment.
- You have demonstrated success in launching and scaling successful products in a similar domain.
- You have a strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum) along with experience in utilizing product management tools.
- Your strengths include excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling you to analyze data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Your communication in the English language and collaboration skills are exceptional, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Bonus: experience with B2B integrations / API platforms/developer tools, and working with enterprise partners and integration ecosystems.
