Founded in 2022 by two data scientists, Kleep AI has raised €2.5M and is now trusted by 150 international fashion brands, including Lacoste, Kenzo, Givenchy, The Kooples, Showroomprivé, Intersport, Victoria Beckham, Soeur, and more.

We are entering a new phase: from fast-growing startup to structured scale-up to reach 1000 clients by 2027. To support that transition, we are actively looking for a key person to build our tech execution.

About the Role

As a Founding Software Engineer, you’ll work accelerate Kleep’s growth and help deliver on ambitious product and goals, in close collaboration with with Théophile (Co-founder & CTO) and Paul-Emile (Head of Machine Learning).

You will have an active role in making Kleep's ambitious product strategy a reality. You'll have an actual impact on what we build, how we build it, and how engineering evolves at Kleep. From early prototypes to production-grade systems, you’ll own components end-to-end, drive quality and reliability as we scale, and you'll help shape technical decisions — turning roadmap goals into durable, scalable products.

Your responsibilities

• Take part in designing & building core features across platform, AI pipelines and integrations

• Help define technical architecture choices with scalability, security, and compliance in mind

• Work closely with the founding team and studio partners (= clients who like us and want to help build the products) from ideation to production

• Take part in high-impact technical decisions that will help shape the product roadmap
