As part of our rapid growth in the iGaming and crypto sectors, we are seeking a results-driven Retention Manager (Crypto Casino) to join our team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to directly impact user engagement, lifetime value, and revenue growth across our global player base.

This role is ideal for professionals who understand player behavior, CRM strategies, and retention mechanics within fast-paced digital environments.

Develop and execute retention strategies to increase player lifetime value (LTV) and reduce churn.

Design and manage CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, бонусы, VIP programs).

Analyze user behavior, segmentation, and engagement metrics to optimize retention funnels.

Collaborate with product, marketing, and analytics teams to improve user experience.

Monitor player activity and identify opportunities for re-engagement.

Manage loyalty programs, promotions, and personalized offers.

Track campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data insights.

Proven experience in retention/CRM management within iGaming, crypto, or digital platforms.

Strong understanding of player lifecycle, segmentation, and engagement strategies.

Experience with CRM tools, analytics platforms, and A/B testing.

Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Fluent English (written and spoken).

High level of ownership, creativity, and performance orientation.

Competitive annual salary: $90,000 – $130,000, plus performance-based bonuses tied to retention KPIs.
