Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Android development with a strong portfolio of published applications.
- Deep understanding of Kotlin and Java programming languages.
- Extensive experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related development tools.
- Familiarity with modern architectural patterns such as MVVM, Clean Architecture, and Reactive Programming.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, third-party libraries, and integration of backend services.
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX principles, Material Design, and responsive design techniques.
- Experience with automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude towards learning and innovation.
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications that meet business and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate user needs into innovative features and functionalities.
- Implement scalable, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards.
- Contribute to the architecture and technical design of the mobile platform, ensuring robustness and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other technical issues promptly.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance our mobile offerings.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Ensure the security and privacy of user data by adhering to compliance standards and best practices.
