About the Role
We are looking for a skilled AI Developer (m/f/d) to join our growing technology team and help design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions.
In this role, you will work on building scalable machine learning and AI systems that power intelligent applications. You will collaborate closely with product, data, and engineering teams to bring AI models into production environments.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI and machine learning solutions for real-world applications
- Design and implement scalable backend systems for AI services
- Build Python-based data pipelines and AI models
- Deploy and manage AI services in cloud environments
- Work with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) to ensure scalable deployment
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to build CI/CD pipelines for AI workflows
- Optimize model performance, reliability, and scalability
- Contribute to architecture decisions for AI infrastructure
Your Profile
- Strong experience with Python development
- Experience building AI / Machine Learning applications
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
- Solid understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Familiarity with data pipelines and production ML systems
- Fluent German and English language skills are essential
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or NLP
- Experience with MLOps frameworks
- Knowledge of microservices architecture
- Experience with distributed systems
