Role Summary

The PMO Manager will lead governance, reporting, and coordination for a large-scale PLM transformation program aimed at replacing legacy systems and establishing a unified engineering platform. This role ensures structured execution, risk control, and alignment across business, IT, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) for the PLM transformation initiative
  • Oversee program timelines, milestones, and deliverables across migration, process design, and rollout
  • Drive governance cadence including steering committees, reviews, and planning sessions
  • Maintain executive dashboards covering progress, risks, KPIs, and key decisions
  • Track cross-functional dependencies (migration, processes, training, rollout readiness)
  • Manage risks, mitigation plans, and escalation frameworks
  • Coordinate with vendors and ensure alignment with internal teams
  • Facilitate backlog prioritization and planning with business and IT stakeholders
  • Ensure proper documentation, decision logs, and action tracking
  • Monitor program financials including budgets, resource utilization, and forecasting

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale enterprise transformation programs (PLM/Engineering systems preferred)
  • Strong expertise in governance, risk management, and program reporting
  • Experience working with global stakeholders across business and technology teams
  • Familiarity with Agile and structured project delivery methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, or Business Management
  • PMP / PRINCE2 / Program Management certification preferred
  • Experience in automotive, industrial manufacturing, or engineering domains is a plus
