🚀 We’re Hiring – Logistics Project Manager – Warehousing & Supply Chain

📍 Bad Honnef, Germany | 🏢 On-site | ⏳ 40 hours/week

We are currently seeking an experienced Logistics Project Manager to support a major transformation initiative in a manufacturing environment. The role focuses on outsourcing warehouse operations and optimising logistics processes while ensuring seamless integration with external partners.

This position requires strong project management capabilities, logistics expertise, and stakeholder coordination to drive operational improvements and ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of a project to outsource warehousing and pre-assembly processes to an external logistics partner
• Plan, manage, and monitor project progress, milestones, and delivery targets
• Ensure seamless information exchange between ERP systems and the external partner's systems
• Collaborate closely with internal departments and external stakeholders
• Develop process optimisation proposals and decision-making documentation, including make-or-buy analyses

Your Profile

• Degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field
• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics within a manufacturing environment
• Proven experience managing complex logistics or operational projects
• Strong process understanding, including Lean methods, KPIs, and project reporting
• Experience with SAP (S/4 HANA) and MS Office
• Fluent in German and very good in English, both written and spoken

Working Conditions

• 40 hours per week
• Primarily on-site work in Bad Honnef
• Occasional home office days possible
