Role Overview
We are seeking skilled Data Scientists to build machine learning models, analyze complex datasets, and deliver actionable business insights. This remote role is perfect for analytics experts who excel at transforming data into strategic solutions across German and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Data Analysis & Modeling
- Clean, process, and analyze large datasets using Python/R
- Develop machine learning models for predictive analytics
- Create data visualizations and executive dashboards
Model Development & Deployment
- Build, train, and optimize ML algorithms (regression, classification, clustering)
- Implement model deployment pipelines and monitoring systems
- Conduct A/B testing and model performance evaluation
Business Intelligence
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements
- Translate business problems into analytical solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to non-technical audiences
Required Qualifications
- Master's/PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data science experience
- Advanced Python/R programming with pandas, scikit-learn, TensorFlow
- Strong SQL skills and data warehouse experience
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- German/English fluency for technical documentation
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with German DSGVO/GDPR data compliance
- Deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, Keras)
- Big Data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Industry experience in automotive, manufacturing, or finance
- MLOps and production model deployment experience
