Role Overview:

Key Job Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity: Maintain and follow strict confidentiality protocols, as privacy is our most important tenet.
  • Multimodal Analysis: Work with a range of data types including text, speech, audio, image, and video.
  • High-Quality Labeling: Deliver high-quality labeled data using provided guidelines and in-house software to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Human Insight: Generate high-quality human insight data across multiple modalities to support responsible AI deployment.
  • Critical Thinking: Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
  • Operational Agility: Maintain a sharp eye for detail and the ability to pivot between different task categories instantaneously.
  • Continuous Improvement: Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling quality.
  • Process Optimization: Identify day-to-day operational issues in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and suggest changes to unblock workflows.


A Day in the Life

As a Machine Learning Data Associate (MLDA), you will perform foundational labeling functions, such as dialogue evaluation on speech, text, audio, and video data.

Your ability to concentrate, multitask, and maintain high attention to detail will ensure the delivery of high-quality work. You will be part of a diverse team with a shared vision of improving lives through practical, useful generative AI innovations. Candidate Profile


Basic Qualifications

  • Education: Associate’s Degree or equivalent related work experience.
  • Language Skills: German, French or Dutch
  • English Proficiency: Strong written and spoken English
  • Writing: Strong business writing skills for reports and professional correspondence.
  • Analysis: Advanced reading comprehension and structured problem-solving capabilities.
  • Technical Execution: Ability to interpret and implement detailed instructions across various projects.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
  • Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for research.
  • Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments with changing directions and strategies.
  • 2-3 years of project coordination or management experience (for support functions).
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications.
