Position: Agile Coach
Work Location: Dublin office (onsite 2–3 days weekly)
Contract Length: Initial 6-month engagement

Role Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Agile Coach to support and drive Agile maturity within a banking environment. This role involves partnering with delivery teams, leadership, and key stakeholders to embed Agile principles, enhance delivery efficiency, and cultivate a mindset of continuous improvement across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor cross-functional teams on Agile practices and frameworks.
Support leadership in adopting Agile ways of working and scaling Agile across the enterprise.
Identify opportunities to improve team performance, delivery flow, and collaboration.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and guide teams toward self-organization and accountability.
Promote a culture of transparency, innovation, and continuous learning.
Required Experience & Skills
Over 12 years of experience in Agile coaching, transformation, or similar roles.
Strong practical knowledge of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and XP.
Proven experience working within large, complex enterprise settings.
Prior experience in banking or financial services is highly desirable.
At least 3 years’ exposure to areas such as retail, corporate, investment, or digital banking.
Understanding of regulatory requirements, risk controls, and compliance considerations.
Solid grasp of software delivery practices including SDLC, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with collaboration and delivery tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or comparable platforms.
