We are looking for a Team Lead - Client Solutions to lead a team of engineers delivering tailored solutions on a SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 8 engineers to develop client-specific customizations on a SaaS platform.
Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and manage project delivery timelines.
Support the team with database maintenance, data migrations, and automation scripts.
Foster a positive team culture and drive onboarding projects.

Qualifications:

8+ years of IT experience, with 2+ years in team leadership on fixed-budget projects.
Expertise in Python, databases, and query optimization.
Strong experience in Agile development and project planning.
Fluency in English.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with web development (JavaScript, React), Docker, Kubernetes, or Kafka.
