The Role

As a Client-Facing Project Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our partners

during the critical phases of platform adoption. Your role goes beyond "task management"

you will guide clients through their digital transformation journey, ensuring that Heka’s

implementation meets agreed timelines and delivers maximum business value.


We are looking for a dynamic professional with strong interpersonal skills, capable of

mediating between the specific needs of high-end clients (Luxury/Grocery) and the technical

capabilities of our internal development team.


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Onboarding: Lead the activation process for new clients, defining the project plan and ensuring a smooth transition to the platform.
  • Delivery Management: Track milestones for external projects, ensuring that all requested customizations and configurations are delivered on schedule.
  • Client-Product Interface: Gather specific client requirements and translate them into clear specifications for the internal product team, managing expectations regarding future developments.
  • Change Management: Support clients in adopting new operational processes enabled by Heka, acting as a methodological consultant.
  • Status Reporting: Organize and lead periodic status meetings (S.A.L.) with stakeholders and project leads from client brands.
  • Relational Problem Solving: Manage any issues during software roll-out, acting as a mediator to find quick and effective solutions.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Experience: 2-3 years in client-facing Project Management, Technical Account Management, or Customer Success within a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Customer Focus: Strong active listening skills and a dedication to ensuring final customer satisfaction.
  • Organizational Excellence: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously across different clients (multi-project management).
  • Communication: High-level communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interface with decision-makers of prestigious brands.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Communications, or a related field.
  • Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (essential for managing international clients).
