Data Analyst (Marketing)

I’m Jaroslav Kokoškin, leading Communication Channels Management team and I’m currently looking for Data Analyst to join my team in Vilnius. As an integral part of the team, you’ll analyze campaign performance data, connect it to business impact and ensure our media strategies are guided by evidence.

What you’ll do:

• Monitor and analyze performance across digital and offline media channels, identifying trends and optimization opportunities.
• Deliver clear performance reports and insights to improve media efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support test-and-learn initiatives, creative optimization, and audience refinement.
• Evaluate cost efficiency and recommend data-driven budget and channel mix adjustments.
• Oversee tracking, data accuracy, and reporting consistency across platforms, with the ability to maintain performance dashboards (e.g., Qlik Sense).
  
  

What will help you thrive in this role:

The suitable candidate is analytical, detail and solution oriented and has solid communication and collaboration skills for effective internal & external communication.

• 3+ years of hand-on experience in campaign tracking or media performance analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong ability to analyze and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency with GA4 and understanding of Google, Meta and TikTok tracking setups.
• Experience with ad serving and measurement platforms, like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, DV360, TikTok, Campaign Manager.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English (written and spoken).

Monthly salary range for this position – 2600 - 3900 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
