Get ready to
- Monitor competition, analyze market trends, and translate insights into product improvements and innovations
- Own end-to-end product operations across a growing scope including product packaging solutions, retail branding and partnerships execution
- Ensure smooth daily execution (labels, localizations, promotional materials) to keep business running efficiently
- Drive product excellence across labels, communication, retail materials, and overall product experience
- Define and strengthen product USPs, including modes of action, ingredient transparency, and communication angles
- Manage design and project workflows (agency coordination, promotional materials development, samples logistics, and support of strategic initiatives execution)
- Take full ownership and deliver high-quality results with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Have a background in brand or product management with understanding of positioning and product development
- Bring experience or strong interest in health & wellness (probiotics/gut health is a plus)
- Be able to translate complex product or scientific information into clear, compelling communication
- Have strong copywriting skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Be proactive, analytical, and comfortable working in a small, high-responsibility team
