Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an IT Project Manager at PRODIVI, located in Kaunas, with flexibility for remote work. The IT Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring timely project delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to achieve project objectives and implement IT solutions effectively, including projects involving artificial intelligence solutions, Large Language Models (LLMs), intelligent automation, and AI-enhanced business solutions.


Qualifications

  • Proficient in project management methodologies and tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proven experience in managing IT projects from initiation to completion
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Interest in or experience with AI-related projects, including solutions involving Large Language Models (LLMs), automation, or data-driven technologies
  • Ability to collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders on innovative digital and AI initiatives
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus


Compensation

Gross salary ranges from EUR 2,500 to EUR 3,600, depending on experience and skills.
