At Invest Lithuania, you’ll be co-creating Lithuania’s future. We are an ambitious team dedicated to making our country a prime destination for global business. As part of the Strategy and Product Development Team, you will leverage data and insights that will turn into high-impact strategies that help to attract major foreign direct investment (FDI) projects. Here, your analytical expertise will contribute to real change – helping to shape policies and drive economic growth.
What will you do?
- Conduct industry-level analysis to identify emerging trends and new opportunities.
- Analyze FDI project trends, evaluate overall FDI attraction results and their economic impact to generate clear, actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
- Provide data-driven insights to marketing reports, presentations and other related materials.
- Support the team with ad-hoc analytics and research tasks about Lithuania’s competitiveness and value proposition to potential investors.
- Provide data-backed insights to government stakeholders, the Board and other strategic partners.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education (preferably in economics, mathematics, business management or related field).
- At least 3 years of experience as an analyst, researcher, or a similar role.
- An interest in economics, business environment and global trends. Experience with macroeconomic analyses and forecasts would be an advantage.
- Advanced competence in MS Excel with experience in data analysis. Experience in data analysis tools and software (Power BI, SQL, Python) would be beneficial.
- Strong writing skills to craft clear and concise analytical content, reports, and recommendations in Lithuanian and English.
- Expertise in crafting compelling presentations and data visualizations that effectively communicate key insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, see the big picture, take initiative, and meet deadlines.

- Gross salary from 2450 – 3500 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
