Senior Business Analyst

IQ Solutions is recruiting several Olympic Senior Business Analysts. These are key roles for anyone who thrives at the intersection of business and IT — translating complex operational needs into robust, sustainable solutions within the Olympic banking system.

Your role:

Working across Finance, Banking Services, CTO, and Regulatory Reporting teams, you will:

Analyze and translate business requirements into clear functional and technical specifications

Design and propose IT solutions aligned with business strategy, quality, timeline, and security constraints

Conduct feasibility studies and assess risks on proposed solutions

Drive UAT campaigns and support end-users during testing phases

Perform reverse engineering to improve existing processes and define test scenarios

Your profile

✓ 6–10 years in banking / financial sector BA roles

✓ Strong SQL skills for data querying and reporting

✓ Agile / iterative working methodology

✓ Fluency in French and English (written & spoken)

✓ Degree in Finance, Business, IT or related field

★ Olympic banking software experience — more than strong asset
