Description

About the Role

As Head of EU Amazon Cargo (ACAR), you will lead the commercial and operational strategy for Amazon's third-party air cargo business in Europe. This is a senior people manager role responsible for building and scaling a differentiated, profitable cargo network that transforms EU ACAR from an opportunistic charter model into a sustainable, integrated cargo business.

You will own the full P&L accountability for EU ACAR, lead a team of business development and operations professionals, and work at the intersection of Amazon's air network (AFN), internal logistics partners (Amazon Freight, Ship With Amazon, Amazon Global Logistics), and external customers (shippers, freight forwarders, GSAs, airlines). You will report directly to the Director of EU Air, Expansion & Cargo.

This role is critical to Amazon Air's strategy of using cargo revenue to offset AFN flying costs and achieve network profitability targets.
