BI Reporting & Data Warehouse Consultant

We are looking for an experienced BI Reporting & Data Warehouse Consultant to join a DWH & Reporting services team. The role will focus on the design, development, and maintenance of reporting solutions and ETL processes that support business reporting for clients.

The successful candidate will contribute across the full development lifecycle, from technical analysis and development to testing, deployment, and post-production support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform technical analysis to understand reporting and data requirements.

Design and develop ETL processes using IBM DataStage.

Build and maintain business reports using JasperReports / iReport.

Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and functions in Oracle environments.

Support business testing and validation phases.

Participate in deployment activities and post-implementation monitoring.

Provide production support, including participation in on-call rotations if required.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of reliable reporting solutions.

Required Experience

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Intelligence and reporting environments.

Strong experience with data warehousing and ETL development.

Proven track record delivering reporting solutions and data processing workflows.

Experience within banking or financial services is beneficial, particularly in:

Fund Administration

Fund Distribution

Cash / Custodian Services

Technical Skills

IBM DataStage 11.7

Jaspersoft Studio / iReport reporting tools

Oracle SQL / PL-SQL, including stored procedures and functions

Experience working with Data Lakes (Vertica preferred) is advantageous

Strong understanding of data warehouse architecture and reporting frameworks

Education

Degree in Computer Science or related field (Bachelor’s or Master’s level).

Languages

Fluent in French and English
