We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Chief Technology Officer to lead technology direction for a fast-growing technology services organisation.

It is a senior executive leadership role responsible for shaping, scaling and operationalising how technology is applied internally and for customers.

The organisation operates fully within the Microsoft ecosystem, delivering cloud, data, AI, security and managed services solutions. Deep practical understanding of the Microsoft platform and its enterprise applications is essential.

The CTO will define the technology vision, ensure disciplined execution, and translate innovation, particularly in AI, into scalable commercial value.

A strong Managed Services / MSP background is highly desirable, as the organisation continues to evolve toward more standardised, repeatable and platform-driven service delivery.

The role combines technology authority, operational leadership, commercial influence and external thought leadership.

• Industrialise service delivery through repeatable architectures, accelerators and IP
• Drive standardisation across delivery teams
• Simplify platforms and delivery models to support sustainable growth
• Build a technology operating model aligned to modern managed services and platform delivery
