Summary

Job Description

The IAM & Google Workspace Product Manager is a strategic role responsible for the vision, roadmap, and execution of the company's Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Google Workspace solutions. This individual will own the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring that our IAM and Google Workspace offerings are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap
    • Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for IAM and Google Workspace.
    • Develop and maintain a product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business value and user needs.
    • Conduct market research and stay current with industry trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Collaborate with key stakeholders across IT, Security, and business units to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all IAM and Google Workspace product-related inquiries.
  • Execution & Delivery
    • Work closely with engineering teams to translate product requirements into user stories and technical specifications.
    • Oversee the development process, manage sprints, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality features.
  • Governance & Security
    • Establish and enforce policies and procedures for IAM and Google Workspace to ensure compliance and security.
    • Monitor product performance and user adoption, and iterate based on feedback and data.
Qualifications

  • Experience
    • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on enterprise SaaS solutions.
    • Proven experience with Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions (Google, Microsoft AD).
    • Deep knowledge of Google Workspace administration and security features.
  • Technical Skills
    • Strong understanding of authentication and authorization protocols (SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect).
    • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and security best practices.
  • Soft Skills
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
