We are 180+ InnoTechers, and we want your talent as a/an Applied AI / GenAI Engineer for a short-term project (6–12 months).
Your Mission Will Be
- Take full ownership of Applied AI and GenAI use cases, from problem framing to delivery and handover;
- Work hands-on with real client data, balancing quality constraints, ambiguity, and practical trade-offs;
- Design, build, and iterate ML and GenAI solutions with a clear production and reliability mindset;
- Apply LLMs in real scenarios, including prompting strategies, structured outputs, evaluation, and RAG;
- Collaborate directly with client stakeholders, supporting working sessions and decision-making under time pressure.
- A solid background in Applied Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering;
- Proven hands-on experience delivering ML or GenAI solutions in real-world projects;
- Strong Python skills for ML pipelines, using tools such as pandas, numpy, and scikit-learn;
- Comfort working with messy, incomplete, and ambiguous customer data in execution-driven environments;
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment.
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Practical experience with GenAI techniques such as RAG, evaluation methods, and structured LLM outputs;
- A client-facing mindset with confidence in owning technical decisions and outcomes;
- Experience running prioritization and delivery under tight timelines;
- Strong communication skills in English (minimum B2 level).
