HR Generalist

As our HR Generalist, you will own the full employee lifecycle for your scope (Portugal & international entities), ensuring a smooth employee experience and compliance across multiple countries.

What you’ll do:

• Manage contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance across multiple countries
• Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports
• Support payroll and benefits administration
• Act as first point of contact for employees and advise managers on people topics
• Assist in performance cycles, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives

What we’re looking for:

• HR experience in multinational environments;
• Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills;
• Knowledge of labor laws in Portugal (and ideally other EU countries);
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and team player.
