As our HR Generalist, you will own the full employee lifecycle for your scope (Portugal & international entities), ensuring a smooth employee experience and compliance across multiple countries.
What you’ll do:
- Manage contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and compliance across multiple countries
- Maintain HRIS data accuracy and generate reports
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Act as first point of contact for employees and advise managers on people topics
- Assist in performance cycles, learning & development, and employee engagement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
- HR experience in multinational environments;
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills;
- Knowledge of labor laws in Portugal (and ideally other EU countries);
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and team player.
