What You Will Do
Leadership & Team Management
- Provide professional and disciplinary leadership to assigned employees within the People & Organization function.
- Ensure effective delegation of tasks and responsibilities, including prioritization of activities aligned with business needs.
- Plan and manage resource allocation to ensure optimal capacity utilization and team efficiency.

- Drive continuous improvement of people processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and scalability.
