We’re looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist who enjoys connecting with students and young professionals and helping them start their careers.

About The Role

You’ll join a collaborative Talent Acquisition team where your ideas and creativity will help shape how we attract and engage early-career talent.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Manage recruitment processes for internships, trainees, and entry-level roles.
- Engage with universities and student communities to attract early-career talent.
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and career talks.
- Conduct candidate interviews and assessments while ensuring a great candidate experience.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs.
- Support employer branding initiatives that help us connect with students and graduates.
- Support additional recruitment initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology or similar.
- 1 to 3 years’ experience in recruitment or talent-related roles.
- Experience in early careers recruitment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable representing the company at events and university initiatives.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Teamwork skills but also sense of autonomy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to adapt to different contexts, teams, and Clients;
- Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
- Motivation for international projects and ok if travel is included;
- Willingness to collaborate with other players;
- Strong communication skills.
