We’re hiring a Project Manager (Lisbon)

Armis Group is looking for a Project Manager to lead and coordinate high-impact digital projects.

This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and client relationship, ensuring the successful delivery of complex software solutions.

The role

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of digital products and platforms, working closely with clients, internal stakeholders, and multidisciplinary development teams.

You will act as the main point of contact for the client, ensuring alignment between business needs and technical execution, while maintaining high standards of quality, timelines, and communication.

What you’ll be doing

– Lead and coordinate software development projects from planning through delivery

– Act as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams

– Translate business requirements into clear and actionable plans

– Identify risks, dependencies, and constraints, and manage them proactively

– Collaborate closely with developers, QA, designers, and product stakeholders

– Support planning, prioritization, and execution

– Ensure clear communication and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

– Contribute to improving delivery processes and team efficiency

What we’re looking for

– Solid experience (typically 5+ years) managing software or digital projects

– Proven ability to manage client relationships in delivery-focused environments

– Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

– Ability to bridge business and technical teams effectively

– Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum or similar)

– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

– Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

– Comfortable operating in complex, high-demand environments

Nice to have

– Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams

– Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar

Requirements

– English proficiency (preferred)

– Portuguese proficiency

– Based in Lisbon or available to work from Lisbon
