Data Analyst

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Inetum Team and be part of a work culture focused on innovation!

Location: Porto

Main Tasks:

• Run Python-based analytical engines on a regular basis, supporting areas such as direct marketing, inbound marketing, and web navigation analysis.
• Collect internal and external data, exploring its business value through data analysis and visualization.
• Create, adapt, and improve data analysis models and analytical tools.
• Build, execute, and automate ETL processes using Python and SQL to support analytical needs.
• Develop and enhance data quality controls, ensuring process standardization and consistency across analyses.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of analytical outputs and business insights.
• Collect, monitor, and visualize KPIs related to the performance of internal analytical models.
• Create and update dashboards to support decision-making and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with international teams and contribute to a data-driven, business-oriented environment.

Profile:

• Experience as a Data Analyst in analytical or business intelligence environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and ETL process development.
• Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Good understanding of data quality controls and process standardization.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to extract business value from diverse datasets.
• Comfortable working in international, collaborative, and agile teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused professional.

Language Skills:

• Fluency in English is mandatory.
