Key Responsibilities:
- Further development of Business-Applications process wise (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX)
- Recording of stakeholder requests, evaluation in collaboration with the functional area, development team and project management
- Inhouse-Consulting together with process experts and process teams applying agile methods (u.a. SCRUM)
- Incident-, Request-, Problem- and Changemanagement for the accounted processes / applications
- Changes (u.a. migrations, processes) accompany/manage etc.
- Creation of concepts for the hamonisation, digitalisation and automatisation accounted processes / applications
- Steering of the requirement management (u.a. Backlog-Refinement) and rating of process analysis (Fit/Gap)
- 2nd-Level-Support for the supported business processes and applications
- Customizing and parametrization of the applications
- On-site Support for customers in the scope of migration projects an if needed for user trainings
- Degree in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable education with first professional experience in IT
- Knowledge of the respective application (including Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO)
- Knowledge of the respective processes/sub-processes
- Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server and (T-)SQL
- Technical and methodological skills in support, documentation and project management
- Confident, strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Reliability, teamwork and enthusiasm
- Full professional proficiency English and basic German knowledge
- Willingness for travelling (national and international)
- Creative streak and a flair for compositions
- High affinity for design and layout
