Senior DevOps /Tech Ops Engineer

Responsibilities:
• Validation & Design of current CI/CD architecture (workflow + tools) on premise & cloud by Enterprise Architect group - Approach to Azure tooling adoption (AKS, Azure Manage SQL) - Approach to Azure DevOps - pipeline management - Approach to Security testing for DevOps
• Implementation of current CI/CD architecture (workflow + tools) on premise & cloud by Enterprise Architect group - Implementation of Azure tooling adoption (AKS, Azure Manage SQL)
• Implementation of Azure DevOps - pipeline management - Performa and implement Security testing for DevOps - Implementation of Monitoring, Logging, Reporting for DevOps
Mandatory Skills Description:
1. We need focused business application devops who have worked or are at least aware of the modern development practices (agile mindset, CI/CD culture awareness, using TDD / BDD styles to deliver code, static analysis, etc.)
2. Minimum years of experience 5 years with the following:
a) CI, CD, DevOps, Jira, Code reviews, Containerization, Container orchestration
b) Helm, Kubernetes, Docker, Dockerfiles, Rancher, Jenkins
c) Design & Architecture
d) Cloud Native, Microservices, Cloud (Azure, but experience with AWS, GCP, OpenShift, Cloud Foundry wil be taken into consideration), Virtualization
3. Candidate should be able to relate the technology and its appliance correctly.
4. Expertise in any required technology is an added advantage.
5. Good communication skills to convey the intents.
6. Smart, highly motivated, out of the box thinker, thought leader, currently willfully hands-on and should be able to lead by example (this demands seniority and maturity in experience)
Nice-to-Have Skills Description:
- Experience in Fintech domain
