About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join our Product team and take ownership of product discovery, specification, and delivery across Zebra BI’s product lines, including Zebra BI for Power BI and Zebra BI for Office. You’ll work closely with our users, design, technical support and engineering teams to translate user needs into well-defined product requirements, drive UX and adoption improvements, and maintain quality across releases.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in product management who thrives on structured discovery, cross-functional coordination, and bringing clarity to complex product decisions. You’ll have direct impact on how we ship, communicate, and improve our products for thousands of enterprise users worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product discovery for assigned initiatives: conduct user research, define problems, evaluate solutions, and produce clear PRDs with well-structured requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Maintain uniform specification standards and timelines across product roadmap streams, ensuring Engineering has a consistent, ready backlog to work from.
• Drive user experience improvements across the product: identify friction in onboarding, feature discoverability, and learning paths, and work with Design to define and ship solutions.
• Contribute to product-led adoption initiatives, including in-product guidance, personalized user journeys, and integration of existing educational content into the product experience.
• Author and maintain PRDs, release notes, and product briefs that give cross-functional teams clear visibility into what’s being built and why.
• Coordinate with Product Marketing to ensure product updates, positioning, and sales enablement materials reflect current product capabilities and roadmap direction.
• Own the bug lifecycle: triage incoming reports, assess severity and user impact, coordinate fixes with Engineering, and track regressions to resolution.
• Establish and maintain a clear path-ahead view for known bugs and regressions, ensuring teams have visibility into quality status and timelines.
• Contribute to product strategy across both Zebra BI for Power BI and Zebra BI for Office, including competitive analysis, feature prioritization, and identifying opportunities to expand the product’s reach.
• Work with the Customer Support team to translate support patterns and user feedback into actionable product insights and priorities.
• Partner with Engineering throughout the delivery cycle: participate in sprint planning, clarify requirements, validate output, and ensure releases meet quality and scope expectations.

Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
• Demonstrated ability to write clear product requirements documents and specifications.
• Experience with product discovery methods: user interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and problem framing.
• Strong interest in UX and user-centered design. You care about how products feel, not just what they do.
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort working with data to inform decisions.
• Working knowledge of agile development practices and experience collaborating closely with engineering teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You can create clarity for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Structured, organized approach to work. You bring order to ambiguity and follow through on commitments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Excel, or the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
• Background in data visualization, business intelligence, or reporting tools.
• Familiarity with IBCS standards or storytelling with data principles.
• Experience managing a product in a platform or ecosystem context (e.g., building within or on top of another product).
• Exposure to product-led growth motions, including onboarding optimization and adoption measurement.
• Experience with bug tracking and quality management workflows.
