What you will do:
1. Product Lifecycle Support:
Support the product manager in gathering and organising market, customer and operational requirements. Contribute to monitoring the product lifecycle, from concept, development and launch through to stabilisation and continuous improvement, in line with internal governance best practices and end-to-end KPIs.
Participate in identifying operational, technical or regulatory gaps, supporting preparatory analyses for product corrections and evolution.
2. Market, Customer and Competitor Analysis
Conduct national and international benchmarks related to energy, solar, thermal electrification or storage.
Support the development of business analyses, technology trends, adoption drivers and potential business models.
3. Support for Functional and Operational Documentation
Prepare product documentation (technical data sheets, customer journeys, high-level specifications, internal FAQs).
Review technical content in collaboration with engineering, operations, systems and legal teams (in line with processes already established for product launches and compliance within the organisation).
4. Support for Launch Preparation (Go-to-Market)
Assist in preparing materials for internal meetings and coordination with sales, operations and customer service.
Collaborate on the preparation of roadmaps, documentation for internal training and product onboarding processes.Support the process of gathering stakeholder input and formalising decisions.
5. Data and Metrics Management
Support the team in the collection and analysis of operational, commercial and financial data.
Participate in the definition and updating of product KPIs, helping to identify deviations and opportunities for improvement.
6. Operational Monitoring and Internal Communication
Support internal multidisciplinary forums by preparing information, minutes and follow-ups.
Interact with various areas of the organisation to consolidate information (systems, operations, engineering, commercial, legal, procurement, etc.), consistent with the collaborative working approach illustrated in various cross-functional project emails. [RE: Campos...ivos - O&M | Outlook]
7. Support for Innovation and New Use Cases
Contribute to preliminary technical/economic feasibility analyses of new concepts, pilots or funding opportunities (as seen in European projects and requests for ‘technical descriptions’ in external collaborations). [Re: Heinek...elements | Outlook]
Conduct technical and structured research to support internal decision-making.
