As our new DevOps Engineer (m/f/d) you’ll be part of a global team of 20 developers working on strategic projects. Our team is distributed across multiple countries and collaborates in an agile way. Join us and help create a frictionless delivery ecosystem where infrastructure and operations are as agile as the code itself.
Your Tasks
- Automate CI/CD pipelines.
- Manage high-availability, resilient, global cloud infrastructure (AWS).
- Orchestrate containers using ECS Fargate.
- Monitor system performance and observability (CloudWatch, X-Ray).
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) via Terraform.
- Manage and replicate data (MySQL, DynamoDB, Solr).
- Ensure networking, security, and fault tolerance.
- Strong experience in CI/CD pipeline automation (Azure DevOps).
- Proficiency in AWS (ECS Fargate, VPC, IAM).
- Knowledge of Networking, High Availability, and Fault Tolerance.
- Expertise in Data Systems and Replication (MySQL, DynamoDB, Solr).
- Strong command of Scripting (Bash, Python) and advanced Linux administration.
- Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform).
- Understanding of CloudWatch and X-Ray monitoring/logging.
- English language proficiency (B2 level or higher); additional languages are a plus.
Contracts, Salary, and non-monetary benefits
💪 All our contracts are by default unlimited (probation period is six months).
💪 Compensation package: 97% fixed base salary paid monthly, with a 3% performance-based bonus paid annually, dependent on company performance.

Location-independency / flexibility:
💯 Hybrid: you'll join us at our Santa Cruz de Tenerife or Barcelona office at least one day per week, while working the other days remotely. Fully remote work within Spain may also be possible when living further from Tenerife or Barcelona, but it's not possible to work from outside of Spain.
🚀 Structured Onboarding: you receive an individual onboarding plan, have multiple onboarding days in the beginning, and a wealth of e-learning, training, and documentation besides your team at your disposal.
