Role Overview
As Client Success Manager, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of client implementation projects and ongoing service management across Evooq’s suite of products. You’ll act as the key bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality delivery, and long-term success in how clients adopt and evolve with Evooq’s solutions.
This role combines project management, client success, and service delivery to ensure that every implementation is executed efficiently, clients are fully supported post go-live, and business relationships continue to thrive.
What you'll do as a Client Success Manager (Investment Advisory Platform):
- Lead client onboarding and implementation from scoping to go-live, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and efficient coordination throughout all stages of delivery and service.
- Develop and implement repeatable frameworks for client onboarding, project execution, and service management to drive consistency, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Establish structured governance models involving key stakeholders from Edgevooq and client organizations to maintain alignment, manage risks, and ensure transparency.
- Understand client needs and objectives, tailoring solutions and integration strategies to ensure the optimal use of Edgevooq’s products and services.
- Act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients on best practices and supporting them through the full lifecycle—from implementation to post-launch success.
- Contribute to pre-sales activities by supporting solution design, client proposals, and demonstrations in partnership with Sales and Product teams
- Collaborate closely with product owners and developers to address client-specific requirements, resolve issues, and identify opportunities for product or service enhancements.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, tracking key metrics such as scope, resources, profitability, and risks, while proactively driving improvements.
- Conduct client training sessions and create user materials to empower clients to fully leverage the platform.
- Prepare and participate in Steering Committees, presenting detailed progress updates, insights, and recommendations.
- Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities in collaboration with Account Managers to strengthen client partnerships and drive business growth.
- 5 - 8 years of experience in project management, client success, or consulting within financial services, fintech, or wealth management.
- Proven domain expertise in wealth management and investment advisory platforms is a must.
- Strong background in platform implementation, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects across technical and business teams.
- Experience defining and maintaining project governance frameworks, including scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management.
- Strong client relationship and stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments and contributing to continuous improvement of methodologies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and French (both written and verbal).
- Relevant certifications (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum Master, or SAFe) are highly valued.
