About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Tech Lead & DevOps to drive the development, architecture, and deployment of scalable Salesforce solutions. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality development standards, CI/CD implementation, and efficient release management.

Your Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning (LWC/Aura), and Flows
• Build scalable and reusable components and optimize platform architecture
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
• Manage deployments across Sandbox, Integration, and Production environments
• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release monitoring
• Mentor developers and promote best practices in development and DevOps
• Maintain clear technical documentation and system architecture guidelines

Your Profile

• Strong experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning, Flows)
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Salesforce DX, Git, Jenkins, GitHub) as well as in release and deployment management
• Solid understanding of system integrations and APIs
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)

Must have

• Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer

Bonus

• Salesforce certifications: Sales Cloud Admin/Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Experience Cloud Consultant
• Experience in mentoring/coaching junior developers and admins
