Product Manager – Platform Services
About The Role
Concentrix is building the next generation of platform services that power our global customer experience ecosystem — from secure identity management to intelligent data products. We’re looking for a Product Manager who can help us take these foundational capabilities to the next level.
You’ll join a collaborative, global team of product managers, designers, and engineers driving innovation across our internal developer platforms. You will be shaping the roadmap for our identity, data and shared services products.
What You’ll Do
- Own and evolve the roadmap and backlog for IAM, data management and shared services products.
- Define and refine product requirements in partnership with design and engineering teams.
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable platform capabilities.
- Contribute to alignment across products and domains on APIs, data standards, and shared tools.
- Advance data governance and internal analytics within the platform ecosystem.
- Champion developer experience — ensuring our internal teams have the tools and data they need to build great products efficiently.
- 12–15+ years of product management experience (mid to senior-level).
- Solid understanding of platform or data products — experience with CIAM, APIs, or data pipelines is a strong plus.
- Comfortable working with APIs, SQL, data models, and cloud-based architectures.
- Proficiency in Agile/Scrum and Jira.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset; able to simplify complexity and communicate clearly.
- Experience collaborating in global, cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity, pragmatism, and a bias for action.
- Profficiency in Romanian and English
