We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join our PMO team, working on projects across Europe.
Position: Project Coordinator
Location: Traveling/relocating to projects throughout Europe
About the role:
We are looking for a proactive professional with some experience in project coordination, preferably in Engineering or a related field, who is eager to grow in a dynamic and demanding environment.
Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Responsible for collecting and reporting project plans, status, resources, and other data, ensuring clear communication between the Project Manager and the PMO.
- Client Relations: Main point of contact for clients regarding all matters related to ongoing projects.
- Contract Management: Responsible for documentation according to GYG’s contract procedures, including final project approval.
- Resource Management: Ensure resources are requested and available to meet project requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering (preferably maritime or industrial) or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in the maritime sector.
- Willingness to travel.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to learn quickly.
- Advanced English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other European languages is also valued.
