We are now looking for an experienced Network Engineer L3 to join one of our key projects in Spain.
- Design and architect complex network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, SD‑WAN), ensuring scalability, reliability, and strong security principles.
- Handle advanced L3 troubleshooting for escalated incidents, including routing, switching, VPN issues, and performance problems.
- Work with Fortinet/FortiGate at an architectural level: design secure network solutions, implement complex VPNs (IPsec, SSL, SD‑WAN), and configure advanced security policies.
- Develop Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, creating reusable modules and automating full network environments (VPC/VNet, subnets, routing, firewalls) integrated into CI/CD workflows.
- Collaborate closely with international cross‑functional teams (cloud, security, DevOps) to ensure consistent network standards and high‑quality delivery.
- Maintain documentation for architectures, runbooks, standards, and support continuous improvement through incident analysis and best‑practice updates.

- 5+ years of experience in networking, including strong L3 expertise.
- Deep knowledge of routing, switching, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, and network security fundamentals.
- Advanced hands‑on experience with Fortinet/FortiGate at design and architecture level.
- Proven experience with Terraform for network automation and module development.
- Strong Linux, networking fundamentals, and scripting skills (Bash; Python is a plus).
- Solid understanding of security best practices (segmentation, least privilege, secure VPN design).
- Based in Spain with legal authorization to work.
