We are looking for a product-focused Business Analyst to help drive AI and data-driven solutions within complex, safety-critical operational environments.

📌 About the role

• Work closely with maintenance and operations stakeholders to identify problems and opportunities for AI solutions.
• Translate business needs into clear epics, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions aligned with product vision and roadmap.
• Support roadmap development, backlog refinement and delivery planning.
• Ensure solutions are scalable and applicable across multiple business units.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in agile, product-led environments.
• Strong background in MRO, maintenance, engineering or similar asset-intensive operations.
• Experience with data, analytics or AI/ML-enabled products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and deliver value from early stages.

📍 Location: Hybrid Model - Barcelona

✈️ Travel: Availability to travel across Europe, including London.
