About The Assignment
You will join a forward-looking organization in the automotive industry that is building a high-performance in-vehicle computing platform. The team is responsible for a low-power computer within the central execution environment and works close to the full development lifecycle, from requirements and architecture to implementation, testing and release. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to work with modern embedded technology in an agile, collaborative environment.
Job Description
- Develop embedded software using Rust.
- Participate in system architecture design.
- Break down requirements into technical solutions.
- Create and maintain test cases.
- Manage system build environments and supporting tools.
- Operate and improve CI/CD infrastructure.
- Drive and refine the release process.
- Perform advanced technical investigations and R&D activities.
- Support cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in the embedded environment.
- Contribute across the full development flow, from requirements and architecture to implementation and testing.
- Knowledge of programming and testing embedded systems in bare metal format.
- Knowledge of Unix-based tools and processes.
- Good understanding of Automotive Ethernet, including UDP/TCP, and traditional vehicle communication protocols such as CAN and LIN.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
- Interest in embedded programming with Rust, C++ or C.
- Experience in requirements review and test design.
- Knowledge of Bash and Python programming.
- Knowledge of diagnostic protocols such as UDS and DoIP.
- Experience working with Jenkins and/or Zuul CI/CD environments.
- Experience with system architecture in the automotive industry.
