Who you are
We’re looking for a confident and relentless Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our Supply Growth team. You’ll be on the front lines of our supplier acquisition efforts, reaching out to Health & Beauty suppliers across Europe and the UK. Your mission is to book high-quality meetings for our Procurement Specialists by engaging decision-makers - from C-level executives to operational stakeholders - and pitching Qogita with clarity and impact.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in high-volume outbound environments, loves connecting with people, doesn’t mind using the phone and has a talent for turning cold leads into warm opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 1-2 years of experience in an SDR/BDR or outbound sales role
- Proven experience booking qualified meetings via phone and email
- Comfortable speaking with all levels of stakeholders, from owners to assistants
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; other European languages are a plus
- Resilient, confident, and able to handle rejection and feedback with a growth mindset
- Able to prioritize, multitask, and manage a high number of touchpoints daily
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs is a plus
- Interest in wholesale, eCommerce, or the Health & Beauty industry is a bonus
What you’ll be doing
- Conduct high-volume outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to potential suppliers
- Qualify leads and secure meetings for the Procurement team
- Tailor outreach to different roles (CEO, Commercial, Operations) and company types
- Collaborate with the Procurement and Lead Gen teams to refine targeting
- Maintain clean and accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot)
- Share insights and feedback to help improve outreach strategy and messaging
- Track performance metrics and contribute to a high-performing sales pipeline
