Are you passionate about products and eager to make a significant impact in a global company? We are looking for a Temporary Technical Product Manager for our QSense portfolio to cover an 18‑month parental leave. In this role, you will be key to the success of several important product launches during this and next year, working closely with R&D, Marketing and our global commercial team.

With over 20 years of experience, we continuously push the frontiers of surface science technology in close collaboration with leading universities and industries.

Your Role:

As the Global Technical Product Manager for QSense, you will have a central role in our upcoming launches and in driving customer value across the product lifecycle. You will:

• Lead prioritizations and the development of technical supporting claims, ensuring effective alignment and coordination with R&D.
• Act as Product Owner for customer‑oriented software, translating user needs into clear technical requirements for the development team.
• Transfer market requirements to technical requirements in close collaboration with the Director of Marketing and Communications.
• Work closely with the technical and application teams to drive action and support business objectives.
• Act as the technical marketing lead for defined projects, ensuring that key messages and claims are robust and well‑supported.
• Provide technical training to sales and support customer care on technical support requests.
• Develop and maintain technical product information, marketing texts, and manuals.

This is a temporary position for 15 months, covering a parental leave, with a strong focus on several upcoming product launches and related projects.

What We’re Looking For:

• Educational Background: University degree, preferably in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Experience: preferably within the Lab industry or Life Science. 1-3 years in a technical product role.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Structured with good planning skills and a solid technical understanding.
• Attitude: A strong team player with a flexible, can‑do attitude and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Travel: Willingness to travel as needed.
• Language: Fluent in English.
