About The Role
This role is for a finance professional with strong SQL skills who wants to own financial data logic end-to-end. You will bridge the gap between raw technical data and strategic business control, managing the entire pipeline from SQL transformations to data modeling. Your mission is to ensure all financial reporting—from daily dashboards to board-level KPIs—is built on robust, traceable datasets to drive Qred’s growth.

You have a structured mindset and the ability to drive alignment between technical and financial stakeholders. One Last Thing
This is a full-time, permanent position based in our headquarters in Stockholm. While we encourage a hybrid setup, we do expect you to be at least three days per week at the office. About The Role

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain core financial datasets and SQL transformations to create structured, scalable models.
- Ensure alignment between ERP data and operational systems, owning the reconciliation of data warehouse outputs.
- Define and document financial KPIs across the organization to ensure consistent metric definitions.
- Write and optimize advanced SQL queries to support FP&A, budgeting, and performance tracking.
- Translate complex models into management-ready dashboards and automate recurring reporting.
- Perform deep-dive analyses on portfolio performance to support data-driven business recommendations.

Qualifications
- A few years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong SQL skills with experience working directly with large, raw datasets.
- Proven track record of building financial models and a deep understanding of financial statements.
- Structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to translate data into business insights.
- Comfort using BI tools and experience with visualization platforms like AWS QuickSight.
- Previous experience from fintech, banking, or regulated financial services is a strong advantage.
