We are looking for a hands-on Java Developer who loves programming, architecting solutions, and solving complex integration problems, to work in a hybrid model at our client’s office.

• Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s or PhD degree is a plus
• At least 4 years of hands-on Java development experience
• Experience in the banking domain
• Strong experience with the Spring Framework, especially Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Session, and Spring Data
• Experience with Git and Maven
• Experience with unit testing frameworks
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, JPA, Hibernate, and PL/SQL
• Experience in RESTful API design, SOAP, and XML-based integrations
• Experience with BPM tools, particularly IBM BAW (Business Automation Workflow), including workflow design and process-driven development
• Experience working on international projects or in multinational environments is highly preferred
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills, with a solid understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and algorithms
• Ability to communicate clearly with peers, Business Analysts, and Subject Matter Experts
• Ability to take ownership of tasks, meet deadlines, anticipate risks, and raise issues proactively
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice to Have

• Experience with Microservices, Kubernetes, Spring Cloud, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, Bitbucket, and Gradle
• Working knowledge of CI/CD tools such as SonarQube and Jenkins
• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML5
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
