We are expanding a dedicated development team for a long‑term client based in the United Kingdom. Our company has been working with this client for more than 5 years, continuously developing and improving their core platform.

The product is a CRM and operational platform designed for investment companies.

The system helps investment funds, startups, banks, and payment companies manage:

- document workflows

- financial reporting

- investor communication

- internal operations

The platform is built using a microservices architecture and modern cloud infrastructure and is actively used by financial organizations in production.

- Design and develop backend microservices

- Implement new product features

- Improve performance and scalability of existing services

- Participate in architectural decisions

- Work closely with product managers and other engineers

- Write automated tests and maintain code quality

Must-have

- 5+ years of backend development experience

- Strong Java knowledge (Java 17+)

- Experience with microservices architecture

- Solid SQL knowledge

- Experience building REST APIs

- Experience working with frontend-related tasks or collaborating on frontend features

- English level B2 or higher

Nice-to-have

- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts

- Experience working with Terraform or AWS CloudFormation

- Experience with GitHub and GitHub Actions for CI
