As a Product Owner, you will collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders and product management to address challenges, align priorities and ensure objectives are met. The Warehouse Management System team is the backbone of eMAG's logistics operations, ensuring smooth and efficient warehouse processes. From receiving goods and managing inventory to fulfilling orders and analyzing performance, the team drives our ability to meet customer demands effectively and cost-efficiently.




What you’ll have to do:

  • Understand the operational processes;
  • Demonstrate an understanding of financial metrics and their impact on product success;
  • Active role in helping warehousing/finance managers meet their quarterly targets;
  • Active role in warehousing & finance business process re-engineering with the purpose of cutting costs and/or increase efficiency;
  • Gather High-Level requirements from the field, perform business analysis and help technical teams find the most suitable solution to meet business needs;
  • Analyse, consolidate and interpret data to identify trends and possible problems;
  • Communicate, align and validate requirements with all stakeholders involved in the operational/financial flows;
  • Have a good understanding of technology to effectively communicate with development teams and bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders;
  • Oversee testing and validation processes to ensure the product meets user expectations and business requirements;
  • Responsible for creating/maintaining user manuals for software applications used in the warehouse;
  • Responsible for users training;
  • Monitor product metrics set by product management;
  • Involved in defining BI reports to measure warehousing KPIs;
  • Create, refine and maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects prioritized features, technical needs and business value;
  • Define and articulate detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows;
  • Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews to ensure smooth communication and progress tracking;
  • Ensure proper documentation and support for product launches.




How we’d like you to be:

  • Have extensive experience as a Product Owner;
  • Have business analysis experience;
  • Have experience working with database;
  • Have experience working in Agile SCRUM methodology projects;
  • Have an analytical mind, be well-organized and able to prioritize;
  • Have a high level of proactivity, initiative, energy, enthusiasm and professionalism;
  • Able to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Data-driven;
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-first approach;
  • Proficient in English.


Will be a plus:

  • BPM experience;
  • Familiarity with Logistics.
