Product Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or a related field; a master’s degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in product management, business analysis, project management, or digital product roles, with hands-on involvement in end-to-end product development.
• Strong knowledge of product management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban) and product lifecycle/roadmap management.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles, user research, market and competitive analysis, and user segmentation.
• Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytical metrics and product performance tracking.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or Asana.
• Basic understanding of software development processes (APIs, backend, mobile applications, QA).
• Strong communication, presentation, documentation skills, and ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Proficient in English for documentation, communication, and participation in meetings.
• Experience in collecting user feedback, conducting user tests, or carrying out activities to understand customer needs.

What You Will Be Doing

• Define and manage the product strategy and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
• Analyze market trends, user needs, and competition to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Translate business requirements into clear PRDs and user stories, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Lead end-to-end product development, including agile ceremonies and go-live processes.
• Track product performance through KPIs/OKRs, identify improvement areas, and drive continuous optimization.
• Coordinate UAT processes and ensure high-quality product delivery.
• Gather and analyze user feedback to continuously improve the product experience.
• Prepare launch plans, documentation, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and successful product outcomes.
