The Cyber Security Assurance Services team works passionately to shape the technologies of the future.

In that team;

• Managing vulnerability management products of Garanti BBVA IT Infrastructure,
• Performing security tests for Garanti BBVA applications and IT Infrastructure without any unintended consequences,
• Working with development and infrastructure teams for resolving vulnerabilities, creating alternative solutions for security issues,
• Measuring and reporting the productivity of Intrusion prevention systems,
• Conducting and Coordinating penetrations tests which is performing by 3rd party consultant firms,
• Creating new projects for improving efficiency of vulnerability management process,
• Following new critical vulnerabilities and taking actions for urgent patch management process,
• Keeping abreast of innovations in technologies and methodologies. Implementing best practices for our security tests and vulnerability management process.

How do we describe the perfect match?

• Graduates from engineering departments,
• With over 3 years of experience in the field of Vulnerability Management and Security Tests,
• Experience in Application Penetration testing (Web, mobile, API etc.)
• Good Knowledge in Penetration Testing Methodologies (OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, NIST)
• Good Knowledge in Application Security and Network Security,
• Ability to analyze vulnerabilities and remediation methods,
• Understanding of Exploitation Banking Applications; Creating and Exploitation Business Logic Attack Scenarios for banking/payment applications.
• Knowledge of common attack vectors, such as SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, privilege escalation, and buffer overflows.
• Knowledge/Experience in Linux/Windows Systems and Active Directory,
• Good Knowledge on IPS/IDS/WAF System technologies,
• Strong documentation and reporting skills,
• Software development and architecture background preferred,
• Familiarity with web application/API/Micro services architectures preferred.
